Studio Policies

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

$100 deposit per day is required to reserve the studio. Your deposit is non-refundable.

Alcohol is not allowed on the premises unless a special event insurance policy is taken out listing Robert Meyers and Robert Meyers Studio as additionally insured.

Any time above 9 hours (including set up and tear down) is billed at $50 per hour in minimum increments of 1/2 hour.

Overtime charges will be automatically billed to your credit card.

Renter is responsible for any damage to the RMS premises.

Renter must provide a certificate of Insurance listing Robert Meyers Studio and Robert and Janice Meyers as additionally insured. If you are not able to provide us with an additionally insured certificate we will hold your credit card for $500. At the completion of your rental we will perform a walkthrough and release the hold if there is no damage to the Studio.
